Operational Innovation in Trade and Gender
This TC addresses the need to develop knowledge on trade and gender in the Bank, identifying international best practice and adapt that learning to operational practice INT. The purpose of this TC is to contribute to the development and dissemination of knowledge on gender and trade to strengthen internal capabilities and operational Sector Bank, operational practice starting with a pilot project of affirmative action with women entrepreneurs involved in business rounds for export.
