RG-T2153 : Insitutions for the Transfering of Technology, Innovation and Sustainability

General objective: strengthen institutional capacity of the LA region dedicated to technology transfer to the small and medium entreprises (PyME). Specific objective: (i) Analyze the best practice and results in technology systems dissemination in 5 countries of the LA region: México, Costa Rica, Perú, Brazil and Chile; (ii) make a comparative analysis in terms of their common practices and elaborate recommendations to improve programs design, implementation and evaluation for fostering technology incorporation in the PyME of the region. In addition, implement a learning mechanism to improve the involved countries institutional capacity and their inter-institutional learning.
