The main goal of TC is to contribute directly to strengthening the institutional capacity of governments in the region for the improvement of services to its citizens, by offering training to government officials who manage public policy for the provision service. The training will be based on knowledge to be generated and systematized from the identification of successful innovation in the provision of services and in-depth analysis of the conditions and resources that have contributed to its success.
