Improve existing knowledge on the market potential of the offshoring services industry in the Caribbean, especially in Barbados, Jamaica, and Trinidad and Tobago, by means of pilot projects including market intelligence and promotion activities for targeted industries with demonstrated comparative advantages. 3. Increase awareness among public officials and representatives from the private sector in the region on a roadmap of specific human capital and regulatory updates needed to maximize the commercial opportunities available in global offshoring services sectors.
