Supporting the Regional Initiative for the Social and Economic Inclusion of the Recycling' (RG-M1179) with the purpose of promoting the process of integration of the recycling informal to the formal systems of management of municipal solid residues (RSM). Said objective the professionalization of its activities will be reached by means of, the provision of infrastructure and basic equipment, the promotion of conditions that favor its greater inclusion in the chain of value and the general improvement of the access of the recycling to the markets of recycling.
