RG-T1922 : Development of evaluation method of National Statistical Systems

The project's specific objectives are: i. Develop a methodology for self-analysis of the capacity and effectiveness of SEN to produce basic statistics through censuses, sample surveys and administrative records. ii. Identify which are the predominant factors affecting the statistical capacity and development of SEN to ensure sustainable production of basic statistics for quality. iii. Identify strategic areas for Bank support the potential benefit of the modernization of statistical systems and the production of basic statistics. iv. Improving the quality of information on the main determinants of household welfare, defining standards that enable comparisons between countries and over time.
