RG-T1831 : Promotion and Technical Support for Carbon Market Projects in LAC

The general objective of this TC is to support development of projects and programs from which emissions reductions are derived and to support added value of such projects under the CDM and/or VCM framework. The specific objectives of this TC are to support project developers in LAC in: (i) Evaluation of their climate change mitigation capacity, assisting them in undertaking the process necessary for obtaining the carbon credits; and (i) Validation of project documents by a designated operational entity (DOE).
