DATABASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR A REGIONAL INTEGRATED OBSERVING NETWORK FOR ENVIR
The observation network will standardize data collection, monitoring and analysis protocols for predicting and forecasting environmental changes and trends in the region. Once operationalized, the observation network will enable comparative regional and national trend analysis to evaluate conditions such as sea level rise, land use impact, atmospheric conditions. The network will allow for comprehensive regional analysis, as well as making data previously available only on a regional scale usable by managers at a national or local level.
