To promote greater transparency of information in the financial systems of the region as a mechanism to encourage the recruitment of financial services on a more informed, to promote the healthy competition of market actors and the definition of the guidelines for the implementation of schemes to protect users of financial services in line with best practice. The specific objective is to develop and agree guidelines for the implementation of best practices in terms of transparency of information and protection for users of financial services in the region.
