The General Objective of this Technical Cooperation is the improvement in the financing conditions of international technological cooperation projects in the region. The Specific Objective is to identify and disseminate good practices in the financing of international technological cooperation projects, as well as the design of a multilateral financing mechanism to support firms and technological and research centers that develop R+D+I in collaboration with entities in other Latin American countries, Spain, Portugal and other industrialized countries.
