The aim is to consolidate a regional technical working group on roaming services to study the conclusions of IIRSA "South American Roaming Agreement" and develop an action plan to implement by regulators 13; extend the results of the IIRSA project to the centralamerican region, strengthening the relationship between regulators and operators to search for joint solutions to the problems associated with this BPR;
