Support to Facilitation: Customs and Border Crossings for the PM
The general objective is to reduce the costs of transaction on commerce, originated in the control of the operation of international customs traffic, without lessening its efficacy, improving thus the competitiveness of the countries. The specific objectives are: (i) to establish the new system of international customs traffic of merchandise (TIM) in the customs of the countries beneficiaries; and (ii) to support the strengthening of the relations between the public and private sector, to identify and to promote measures of facilitation of the commerce.
