The general objective of operation is to support the creation of a IIRSA regional network to exchange best practices in the provision of infrastructure services, using a model of cooperation between countries that has been tried in other IIRSA projects. The specific objective is to finance the first stages of the requests received in the "IIRSA Best Practices workshop", to be held in November 2008.
