Support for Performance Indicators for Caribbean Water Utilities
The objectives of the project are to assist water utilities in (i) improving the delivery of water supply and sanitation services through the establishment and adoption of appropriate operational, institutional, and financial performance evaluation criteria and benchmarks within utility organizations; and (ii) developing appropriate regulatory, managerial, and technical practices through consultations between water utilities within the Caribbean region.
