Development of Natural Disaster Risk Transfer Programs
The main objective of the project is to support the development and implementation of Integral Programs of Disaster Risk Management (IPDRM) in COSEFIM countries. The purpose of the Program is to support the beneficiary countries in the development and strengthening of mechanisms for the financing and transfer of natural disaster risk that contribute to enhance the efficiency in the management of contingent fiscal liabilities that result from the extraordinary expenditures produced in the aftermath of natural disasters.
