Indigenous and Afro-Latin American Scholarship Program

The objective of the proposed program is to promote training opportunities for Afro-latino and indigenous youth in four countries - Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia - through scholarships for technical training at community colleges in the United States, with a view to improving the economic opportunities and social standing of that population.
