Experiences in Promoting a Culture of Citizen Participation

The objective of this TC is to enrich the understanding of donors and policy makers about citizen participation in economic and social development projects through the review of experiences and lessons learned from six countries (to be determined) in the region. Special emphasis will be given to experiences that were "scaled up," that is, experiences that influenced broader policy and brought about improvement on a larger scale.
