Development and Implementation of Cultural Satellite Account
The project seeks to consolidate a methodological manual for the implementation satellites of culture accounts in Latin America, from the methodology developed in Colombia and Chile, in a joint work between Agreement Andrés Bello-CAB, and the Inter-American Development Bank - IDB, with the link of the institutes of culture of the Latin-American countries, the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean, CEPAL; the Andean Community, CAN; the UNESCO, the Statistics Department of United Nations and the Program of the United Nations for the Development - UNDP.
The methodological manual or guide allows the account creation satellites of culture as it is the case of the environment (United Nations), tourism (EUROSTAT, OECD, United Nations, IDB and WTO, 2001) or health (United Nations. 2003).
