Capacity Building for an Improved Financial Response to HIV/AIDS

The project seeks to assist the region a) in tracking HIV/AIDS resource needs and allocation patterns; b) provide a tool for evaluating the impact of resources on HIV/AIDS programmes. The beneficiaries would be LAC countries participating in the Global Fund, i.e. all the Bank's borrowing member countries with the exception of Mexico, Panama, Suriname, Uruguay and Venezuela.
