Support for the Implementation of the CARICOM Single Market and Economy
The general objective is to support the full implementation of the Caribbean Community Single Market and Economy (CSME). The specific objective is to achieve concrete progress in a number of areas crucial to the effective functioning of the CSME, including (i) free circulation; (ii) adoption and implementation of a regional trade sector strategy; and (iii) revision of the existing Community arrangements for trade in goods in light of future trade obligations.
