RG-Q0032 : Kuepa Education LTD

LAC has a rapidly growing student population from the emerging middle class and vulnerable segments who have limited or no access to good quality education. This project seeks to expand access to high-quality and affordable education in Colombia, Peru, Mexico and Chile, among others. To such end, it will support the structuring of Q2E, a venture capital fund focusing exclusively on technology based blended educational models. The project will have two components: a MIF equity investment of $5MM, and a technical assistance component of $395,000.00 in order to finance knowledge generation, supervision and evaluations.
