The general objective of the facility is to enable the development and integration of innovative solutions in the water, sanitation, and solid waste sector that result in safely managed water, sanitation, and solid waste management services for all. Specifically, the facility aims to boost the supply of innovation and the matchmaking between startups, entrepreneurs, utilities, and investor by financing individual projects (non-reimbursable and contingent recovery).
