The Fund will provide mezzanine financing to growth-stage companies in the Meso-America Region, the Northern Andes and the Amazon Basin in Latin America. In addition, the Fund will administer non-reimbursable resources to provide targeted technical assistance to develop the pipeline of deals and strengthen portfolio companies.
