Sustainable Energy Facility (SEF) for the Eastern Caribbean EXPANDED - (SEF EXPANDED)
the objective of the SEF-Expanded is to reduce the financial, technical and institutional barriers which Geothermal Energy (GE) development encounters in the Five Eastern Caribbean Countries (5ECC),(g)and to provide institutional strengthening and capacity building to the governments of the 5ECC and to the CDB for GEdevelopment.
