Local Currency Fund II
The Fund will provide local currency financing to Micro-Finance Institutions to fund loans to MSEs, mitigating the fx risks these institutions are exposed to. The Fund finances itself in US dollars and manages it fx exposures through a currency diversification methodology and other hedging tools.
