The objective of this Project is to contribute to the development of student loan as a tool to improve access of low income people to higher education, using microfinance institutions as a vehicle. With IMFs as a distribution platform, the idea is that microentrepreneurs and their relatives with enough motivation and aptitude to pursue higher studies, can carry out their formation without compromising the income from their business, which usually represents the family¿s sustain and the viability of their micro-businesses.
