The proposed transaction entails a long term senior secured loan to support CIFI¿s loan portfolio growth in small and medium-sized infrastructure projects and companies. The Loan will consist of an A Loan of up to US$60 million with a 7 year tenor and three year grace period. A disbursement period of three years with multiple disbursements is expected.
