Latitud R - Inclusive Recycling for the Circular Economy
Actors from the private sector together with international cooperation (IDB, IDB Lab, Coca Cola, Avina, the Latin American Network of Recyclers and PepsiCo) have joined forces, and through the Regional Initiative for Inclusive Recycling (IRR) and with the purpose of contributing to the development of inclusive recycling systems with economic, social and environmental sustainability have contributed to the formalization and improvement of conditions for grassroots recyclers, creating Latitud R, a platform that will allow the strategic articulation of these actors and which objective includes the development of IRR through the innovation of the dimensions of Impact Focus, articulation with the Next Ventures (NV) platform, and innovative financing for the inclusive circular economy.
