Fiscal Management Strengthening Program
THE PROGRAMA WILL SUPPORT THE STATE MODERNIZATION THROUGH THE INSTITUTIONAL STRENGTHENING OF TAXATION AND FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION DEPUTY-SECRETARIATS AS TO INCREASE THE LEVEL OF RESOURCES COLLECTED AND TO IMPROVE THE EFFICIENCY IN THE MANAGMENT OF PUBLIC RESOURCES. SPECIFICALLY THE PROGRAMA WILL SUPPORT THE RELGULATORY FRAMEWORK, IMPROVE THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE, STREAMLINE THE ADM. PROCESES AND PROCEDURE, CREATE AN ADMS CONTOL SYSTEMS AND DELIVER TRAINING.
