Impact Evaluation for Urban Resettlement

The general objective of this TC is to assess whether resettling households from flood-exposed informal settlements to formal housing in low-risk areas generates sustained welfare gains. The specific objective is to evaluate the impact of resettlement under program PR-L1152 (4700/OC-PR) on household welfare and generate evidence to inform the design of housing and urban resettlement policies in Paraguay.
