Open innovation for Paraguay’s Productive Development

The overall objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to institutionalize an open innovation model and Public Procurement of Innovation (PPI) that fosters strategic interaction between the State and the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Paraguay. The aim is to strengthen competitiveness and government efficiency in close synergy with the PROINNOVA II program, with a particular emphasis on green innovations, thereby contributing to sustainable development. This objective will be achieved through the implementation of the following components: (i) Demand Management and Legal Certainty; (ii) Supply Management and Ecosystem Dynamization; and (iii) Validation, Dissemination, and Sustainability of Public Policy.
