Support for the State Transformation Agenda

The objective of this Technical Cooperation project is to support the Government of Paraguay—in particular the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF)—in strengthening its capacity to effectively implement and sustain the state transformation agenda. The specific objectives are: (i) to contribute to the effectiveness of state modernization reforms—particularly those related to the civil service—by strengthening institutional capacities; and (ii) to strengthen the generation, integration, and use of data related to human capital management to support evidence-based decision-making.
