Support ANDE in the Preparation and Execution of Operations of Clean Energy II

The overall objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to support ANDE in the preparation and execution of clean energy investment operations. The specific objectives are: (i) to improve project management by strengthening the technical, fiduciary, financial, environmental, and social capacities of ANDE staff; (ii) to support the development of technical and regulatory studies that optimize national electricity system planning; and (iii) to promote knowledge and experience exchange through participation in strategic events related to digitalization, innovation, inclusion, gender, and job creation in the energy sector.
