Developing an Investment Plan to support water resources management in the Pilcomayo River Basin in Paraguay

The main objectives are to (i) prepare actions and investments identified in the updated Pilcomayo River Basin Management Plan to facilitate their implementation in future investment programs for the Paraguayan region of the Pilcomayo River basin and (ii) promote a program to improve institutional capacities focused on the sustainable management of water resources and water basin governance.
