Support for the Energy Transition, Decarbonization Strategies and institutional Strengthening

II.1 The objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to support Paraguay in the institutional and regulatory strengthening of the Vice Ministry of Mines and Energy (VMME) and the promotion of the rational and efficient use of energy in the productive and residential sector, through support for the preparation of strategies, regulatory frameworks and data collection and management of the energy sector, as well as the promotion of actions and investments in Energy Efficiency (EE).
