Innovating the Training Model in the Rural Water and Sanitation Sector
Link the creative economy to community-based management of rural drinking water and sanitation services through the development of a virtual platform that enhances the development of the sector, based on three aspects: (i) development and consolidation of functional capacities within the service providers in the sector, (ii) marketplace for inputs and suppliers, (iii) an information system / observatory for the sector. This will be developed taking advantage of new technologies, thus breaking with the traditional model and achieving national reach at a reasonable cost.
