Pilot Hospital Digital in the framework of COVID-19
The objective of the project is to carry out a digital platform pilot, in a private/public health institution, that allows the continuity of care of patients in the framework of the health emergency COVID-19 in Paraguay.The digital platform pilot would work integrating clinical data, complying with international standards of architecture and information security, allowing the traceability of medical acts, seeking to de-congest the healthcare center and avoiding errors in risk classification of patients. This platform will complement the map of current computer systems in the health institution and of those that may be implemented in the future; guaranteeing the security and accessibility of clinical information, regardless of the origin (place, time, provider); impacting on improving the quality of care for all users, especially in a time of health emergency such as the current one by COVID-19.
