As a result of the exchange of experiences of public investment system is expected an improvement of the ability of officials of the Department of Public Investment System that depends on the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Planning for: i) properly program the investment process consistent with the structure and the compatibility between government policies and future investment; ii) carry out a coordinated planning, monitoring process, monitoring and evaluation of public investment; and iii) manage the analysis area of public investment projects.
