The purpose of this TC is to: i) develop a National Freight Logistics and Trade Facilitation Plan through the mapping of productive logistics infrastructure in the country which complements the efforts to be initiated in the planning of transport infrastructure, and ii) generate a study on Urban Freight Distribution for Asunción and the prefeasibility of a Logistics Platform for Urban Distribution of Merchandise.
