Program to improve rural connectivity and modernize road management in Paraguay

The general objective of the program is to contribute to improving competitiveness and enhancing economic and social development opportunities for the rural population in the Eastern Region. The specific objectives are: (i) to contribute to improving access for rural populations to health and education services; (ii) to contribute to improving the quality of the road infrastructure of the intervened rural road network; and (iii) to contribute to enhancing the efficiency of expenditure on road infrastructure.
