The main objective is to contribute to improving the quality of housing for vulnerable households in Asunción and the Central Department of Paraguay (ADC). The specific objectives are: (i) by expanding access to housing improvement solutions for vulnerable households, and (ii) by strengthening the capacities of the Ministry of Urban Planning, Housing and Habitat (MUVH) to implement the National Urban Planning, Housing and Habitat Policy (PNUVH)
