Program to Promote the Development of Skills for Employment in the Framework of Workforce Restructuring in Post-COVID-19 Paraguay and the Protection of Workers’ Rights

The programs objective is to support the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security of Paraguay to to develop and implement policies to promote access to quality jobs for job seekers . The program will specifically (i) increase the coverage of the Labor Intermediation System of the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security; and (ii) strenghten the skills of job seekers with the update of the labor training curricula of SNPP (Servicio Nacional de Promoción Profesional) and SINAFOCAL (Sistema Nacional de Formación y Capacitación Laboral). with a gender focus.
