Strenghtening of the Mesoamerican Biofuels Program - Part I

The main objective of the project is to strengthen the Mesoamerican Biofuels Program (PMB) under the Mesoamerican Project (PM) through a non-refundable investment project which will be focused on technology transfer and information exchange among the member countries of the PMB. The specific objective is the construction of a biodisel production plant in Panama, in order to promote cooperacion between countries of the PM, in the field of biefuels.
