Humanitarian assistance for the population affected by the earthquake in Azuero Peninsula in Panama

The objective of this emergency technical cooperation is to support the Government of the Republic of Panama in addressing the humanitarian needs of the population affected by the earthquake of October 9, 2026, and in assessing damages and losses to inform recovery and reconstruction planning, within the framework of the National State of Emergency declared pursuant to Cabinet Resolution No. 108 of October 10, 2026.
