The objective of the TC is to facilitate access to specialized knowledge, the exchange of international experiences, comparative analyses, and opportunities for dialogue and peer learning in support of the country's Action Plan with the OECD. To this end, the TC will support: (i) the preparation of studies, diagnostics, analyses, and public policy recommendations aligned with OECD standards; (ii) the promotion of dialogue among public, private, academic, and civil society stakeholders to foster national ownership of the agenda; and (iii) the identification, design, and implementation of reforms and initiatives prioritized under the Panama–OECD Action Plan.
