Support for the Modernization of the Police

The objective of the CT is to provide assistance for the institutional strengthening of the National Police of Panama (PN) through proposals for the modernization of human resource management. To achieve this objective, this CT will seek to: (i) identify the gaps in their human resources system and police career; and (ii) develop proposals for their digitalization based on an updated diagnosis.
