Support for the Modernization of the Police Operations

The objective of the Technical Cooperation (TC) is to provide assistance for the institutional strengthening of the Panamanian National Police (PN) through proposals for the modernization of human resource management. To achieve this objective, this CT will seek to: (i) identify gaps in its human resources system and police careers and (ii) develop proposals for its digitalization based on an updated diagnostic assessment.
