Support for the improvement and mentoring of human resources of the Early Childhood Centers (CAIPI) in Panama
The objective of the TC is to develop and implement a Program for the Improvement and Mentoring of teachers in MIDES' Early Childhood Centers. The program aims to support teachers to fulfill pedagogical and care guidelines established by the National Curriculum from 0 to 3 years of age, in order to improve its application and contribute to compliance with quality standards in its area of ​​process and pedagogical practice.
