The objective of the technical cooperation (TC) is to support the Instituto Técnico Superior Especializado (ITSE) to improve its knowledge about the barriers to the labor inclusion of youth and women, such as skills and training gaps, and policies management of human talent in companies that are not compatible with inclusion and gender equity.
