Observation of Successful Learning Assessment Systems in Brazil

To observe the experience, in all its facets (research, evaluation, training, and information and administrative systems), of the application of census tests for 3rd grade in order to contextualize the tests and transfer the experience to Panama . The information resulting from the tests will contribute to the development and implementation of pedagogical interventions within the context of the Ministry's "Aprende al Máximo" program.
