PN-T1136 : Observation of Honduras's Education Planning and Administrative Systems

The main objective of the TC-Intra is to promote an exchange of experiences through a visit to Honduras by a group from MEDUCA to learn about the SIPLIE and SACE data systems. The specific objectives are to see how the systems work, what data they collect, how the data is used at each level (local, regional, national), what steps were taken to change the culture and promote the use of the systems at each level, and what challenges the Ministry faced when designing and implementing the systems.
